How to use:
• Lift the lid at top end.
• Screw up pencil.
• Carefully line lips with the three-millimeter pencil.
• Purse lips together to blend and shade line.
• Use two liner colors to create a shade combo.
• Unscrew bottom end.
• Carefully dab silicone applicator on top of liner to set in place.
• Top with REFY Lip Gloss (sold separately) for a high-shine finish.
